WHO WE ARE

Established in 2025, Ourcare is an Adult Day Care Center with six easily accessible sites in Jamaica and New York. Seniors and retired people who cherish their freedom, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care call Ourcare home. With our staff fluent in English, Bengali, and Spanish, we can communicate with all our members. Our goal is to make aging more enjoyable by offering opportunities for an engaged, active, and meaningful life— benefiting our members, their families, our staff, and the community.

OUR SERVICES

HOT AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS

Every day we serve a gourmet breakfast, a delicious snack, and a fresh hot lunch! Our delicious lunch also comes with alternative meal options every day. A full coffee and tea station is available throughout program hours.

DOOR TO DOOR TRANSPORTATION

Ourcare provides door-to-door transportation in our brand new fleet of shuttles. With regular maintenance and enhancements on our busses, you can relax knowing that your family members are riding in the safest of vehicles.

TELECARE AND MEALS

We provide an option to receive telecare and meal or grocery deliveries! Telehealth provides emotional support and monitors the members' well being. Our Adult Day Care Center also provides complimentary meal deliveries for our members. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we make Ourcare feel like home.

DEMENTIA CARE

Ourcare provides specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s support in a secure, engaging environment. Certified staff lead daily cognitive activities, memory exercises, and personalized care plans to keep your loved ones safe, stimulated, and comfortable.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Enjoy hassle-free wash, dry, and fold services while you participate in our programs. Our certified team uses high-efficiency machines and hypoallergenic detergents to keep your clothes fresh, and every member receives a complimentary Ourcare t-shirt!

Eligibility and Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Plans

Ourcare has built a stellar reputation over the past years as one of the most elite adult day centers in all of New York. We proudly have partnered with the following Medicaid Long Term Care Plans to assist your family. We understand the challenges of visiting a program and being told that your MLTC plan is not accepted. Instead of switching plans, we strongly encourage you to visit Ourcare to avoid the hassle of changing the insurance and care managers that you have grown accustomed to.
